COBS is Bakers Delight — same company, same recipes, a different name on the awning. Every order is baked fresh that morning in Stamford, Connecticut, which is why orders close 72 hours out: that is when the bakery needs the numbers.
Airtasker
Bread baked in Connecticut does not walk to Manhattan. An Airtasker collects it from the bakery and has it at the venue when the window opens — the same platform Australians use at home, pointed at a very American logistics problem.

The bakery gets the numbers and starts planning. Nothing can change after this.

- 5You collect, inside the window
We are there for the window and then we leave. Miss it and the order is forfeit — so we remind you the day before and again that morning.
The one rule
Pickup only, inside the window on your drop card. The bread was made for you and cannot be resold, so if it is not collected the order is forfeit. If we cancel a drop, you are refunded in full.
